About the position

This position is a full-time employment where you work in a close-knit team with colleagues focused on customer service and technical solutions. You will be employed directly by Aquadrip, and the terms of employment will be discussed based on your circumstances, with a probationary period applicable.

Aquadrip has been working with irrigation, nutrient supply, and dust control for customers in the Nordic countries since 1980 and is now a leading player in the field. The company delivers both individual components and designs and implements complete irrigation systems. Job responsibilities

As a service technician, you are part of the company's network out with customers. You are responsible and enjoy working both independently and with others. Your goal is to develop collaborations and good relationships with our customers in connection with the execution of the work they have ordered. The tasks can vary significantly throughout the year and involve everything from receiving phone calls regarding technical support for, e.g., irrigation automation, performing service on automatic filters inside an industry, to installing and assembling an irrigation system where several products need to be put together into a complete solution.

Furthermore, you have close cooperation with your colleagues and report directly to the site managers. Together, we plan the ordered work and go through what needs to be done.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• A few years of experience in plumbing, construction, vehicle service, irrigation, or similar is an advantage

• Technical interest and knowledge are highly meritorious

• You master both Swedish and English in speech and writing

• B driver's license

To thrive in this role, you are a person who is passionate about doing a well-executed job at every workplace and enjoy traveling around the country visiting different job sites. You have a good ability to see the whole of the facility and understand any inaccuracies, are responsible, and show a great interest in others. You have a talent for building relationships and good collaboration skills as the role involves many contact points, both internally and externally. You who apply for this role should be aware that the position involves and requires external overnight stays several times a week.
